Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 18, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how SnapColor ("SnapColor", "we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use the SnapColor mobile application for iPhone.
SnapColor is a color-detection game in which players have 60 seconds to find objects matching colors requested by the application. The game uses the device's camera to detect colors and provide the gameplay experience.
1. Data We Collect
SnapColor does not operate its own servers and does not directly collect, store, or maintain personal information about its users.
SnapColor does not require users to create an account and does not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or other personal information for its own purposes.
SnapColor does not use personal information for advertising, cross-app tracking, or targeted advertising.
2. Camera Access
SnapColor requires access to your device's camera in order to detect colors during gameplay.
Camera images and frames used by SnapColor for color detection are processed locally on your device. SnapColor does not upload, transmit, or store your camera images or video on servers operated by us.
SnapColor does not use the camera to identify you or to collect biometric information.
You can allow or deny camera access through the privacy settings on your iPhone. If you deny camera access, the core gameplay features of SnapColor will not function.
3. Data Storage
SnapColor does not operate a backend server or user database for collecting or storing personal information.
Information used during a game, including camera data used for color detection, is processed locally on your device and is not transmitted to us.
If SnapColor stores game-related information locally on your device, such as scores or game settings, that information remains on your device and is not transmitted to us.
4. Third-Party Services
SnapColor currently does not use third-party advertising services, analytics services, tracking services, or other third-party services that collect personal information through the application.
5. Children's Privacy
SnapColor may be used by people of different ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children or other users for our own purposes.
Because SnapColor does not operate a backend server or collect personal information from users, we do not maintain a database of children's personal information.
6. Data Security
SnapColor does not maintain a central database containing users' personal information.
Camera data used by the application for color detection is processed locally on the user's device and is not transmitted to servers operated by us.
7. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under applicable data protection laws, including rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information, as well as rights relating to consent and data portability.
Because SnapColor does not collect or maintain personal information on its own servers, there is generally no personal-information database maintained by us to access, correct, or delete.
You can manage SnapColor's access to your camera at any time through the privacy settings on your iPhone.
8. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to SnapColor, applicable laws, or the services used by the app.
When we make changes, we will update the effective date shown at the top of this Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically for the latest information.
