Welcome to RunZone.

By accessing or using the RunZone mobile application and website (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Description of the Service

RunZone is a fitness gamification application that uses activity data obtained from the Strava API to calculate geographic progress, statistics, and rankings based on routes completed by users.

RunZone does not modify, publish, or share users’ original Strava activities.

2. Strava Integration

To use certain features of the Service, you must connect your Strava account.

By connecting your Strava account, you authorize RunZone to access activity-related data as permitted by Strava and solely for the purpose of providing in-app features.

RunZone is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Strava.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Respect other users
• Not attempt to manipulate rankings, statistics, or data

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service in case of misuse.

4. Data Usage

RunZone uses Strava data exclusively to:

• Calculate zones and geographic coverage
• Display personal statistics
• Generate rankings and maps within the app

Derived data (such as zones and scores) may be stored to provide ongoing progress and comparisons.

Users may revoke Strava access at any time through their Strava account settings.

5. Account Deletion

You may request the deletion of your RunZone data at any time by contacting us at:

Upon request, we will delete your stored data within a reasonable timeframe.

6. Availability and Changes

The Service is provided “as is” and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

RunZone is not responsible for:

• Inaccurate GPS data
• Errors originating from third-party services such as Strava
• Any injuries or damages resulting from physical activities performed by users

You are solely responsible for your physical condition and activities.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
